3. Check to ensure that you are placing your phone on the center of the wireless charger.

Q3. How does the wireless charger charging speed compare to a traditional wired charger?

A: It depends on your device, but wireless charging generally charges at a slower rate than a charging cable.

Q4. Is radiation from wireless chargers harmful to one’s health?

A: The wireless charger only emits non-ionizing radiation which is not harmful to humans.

Q5. Does wireless charging affect other wireless devices?

A: No. Wireless chargers use frequencies between 110-205kHz, which are in a different range than most wireless devices.

Q6. Should the charger produce excessive heat during the charging process?

A: When in use, this charger's temperature should not exceed 104°F/40°C.

Q1. What kind of cable is compatible with this adapter?

A: In order to ensure safety and best charging speed, we recommend your original USB cable or cable certified by third party (MFi).

Q2. How can I seek for help if one of the USB ports can't charge my device.

A: Please try to use another USB cable. If it can charge again, then we know the USB cable is broken. If it still doesn't work, please contact our customer service to enjoy our no-hassle 12 months replacement warranty.

Q3. What should I do when I am sure the charger is not working.

A: First of all, never open the charger by yourself. Please try different USB cable or plug in the cable again. If it still doesn't work, please contact our customer service to enjoy our no-hassle 12 months replacement warranty.

Q4. What is the output for each USB port?

A: It depends on what devices you are connecting. Each USB port with Smart IC, which can automatically identify devices to provide right charging current. The maximum is 5V 2.4A.

Q5. How can I know input current and input voltage of my charging devices?

A: They are written in the User Manual of your device, and it is printed on your original charger. You may also search the info online, or ask manufacturer of your device.

Q1. Can I replace the plug for different type?

A: The plug is not detachable, and it can not be replaced. We have different plug types like US and EU.
